Agapae Oaks is the most beautiful venue!!! Even with rainy weather it was still amazing. The whole property is naturally stunning and you can truly make your wedding your own. The yellow wildflowers were in full bloom and we had the most beautiful sunset come out during our wedding - it made every single rain drop worth it! And being able to stay on the property for the weekend made it all the more special. Amy & Troy were also extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and making sure everything went smoothly. Couldn't recommend enough!!!

My husband & I couldn’t have picked a better venue! It was absolutely beautiful & accommodated our 150+ guest wedding perfectly. I would recommend a tent rental just in case, but we had beautiful weather. The staff at Agapae are so kind and easy to work with. You won’t regret choosing this venue!

From the very beginning, this space felt absolutely magical. It was the perfect backdrop to build our exact wedding vision. Naturally beautiful, flexible, and free of the heavy constraints or limitations like many other venues have. Nothing felt cookie-cutter, and we never felt boxed in creatively. Our guests are still talking about how unique and memorable the entire weekend was. It’s truly something you have to see to understand — and once you do, it stays with you! Most importantly, Amy and Troy were incredible to work with. They were kind, responsive, and so generous with their time, walking us through every question and going above and beyond to help bring our vision to life. Their vendor recommendations were also spot-on. We’re so glad we chose to use the on-site lodging and spend the whole weekend on the property — it made the experience feel relaxed, immersive, and really special. We couldn’t imagine a better place to get married. We are so grateful for the magic of Agapae Oaks!

Agapae is not only a beautiful venue, but because the property can accommodate overnight guests it turned my daughter’s wedding day into a weekend long celebration. Their team is helpful and experienced on what works best. They communicate well and often and truly want you to have the best day ever! We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and memorable venue for our wedding than Agapae Oaks. Nestled on the marsh, it offers breathtaking views that made for the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. Amy and Troy were incredible to work with throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer any questions, provide guidance, and ensure that everything ran smoothly. One of the best decisions we made was booking the accommodations at the venue. Having our bridal parties stay with us over the weekend made the experience even more special. We were able to spend quality time together, from rehearsal dinner to getting ready the morning of the wedding, which created memories we will cherish forever. We highly recommend Agapae Oaks to any couple looking for a stunning venue. It was a perfect weekend, and we are so grateful to have celebrated our big day here!

Every aspect of this venue was incredible. From the ample sleeping arrangements to the stunning property, any couple would be lucky to get married here! There is not a bad spot on property and Troy (the property manager) was so accommodating for any and all last minute details. He set up our pews and made sure that our specific ceremony site was in perfect condition. Amy (the owner) was prompt in her communication and provided so much detail beforehand that we were very prepared for vendor and guest questions. The views from this property are straight out of a fairytale and we are still recieving compliments from guests about how beautiful Agapae Oaks is! I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to get married in the lowcountry!

Agapae Oaks made all of mine and my husbands dreams come true for our special day. The scenery was like a fairy tale, we had no rain and there was a decent breeze that stayed around all day. We had enough room for all of our bridal party and our immediate family to stay comfortably for the weekend which saved us so much money! The thing we loved most is that we were treated like family from the property manager and the owner which made planning for our special day so easy and enjoyable. If you want a low country wedding with stress free vibes then I would highly recommend booking this venue!

The most beautiful setting the Low Country has to offer! My daughter’s dream wedding was easily realized thanks to Agapae Oaks and their staff. I can’t say enough. From the property being available to us and our guests for an extended period of time, and the availability of the accommodations for our wedding party to sleep, stay and relax to the helpful advice on many things from the caretaker Troy. Just perfect!

Just so beautiful. This wedding venue was an absolute dream and allowed my wedding to be everything I wanted and more. From the days leading up to the big day, where we were in the wedding venue house working on flowers and prepping last minute items, to the send off. I loved every second I was on the property. Amy and Troy are so great and easy to work with - they are accommodating and flexible. The accommodations were perfect - all of the girls slept in the house the night before and we had a blast. The guys did as well. Loved it. I could not recommend more.

An absolute dream of a venue! Everything we could have imagined and more. Amy was so wonderful throughout the entire process, and even took the time to give us a facetime tour prior to booking, as we live out of state. Troy, the groundskeeper keeps the place absolutely immaculate and was so helpful and courteous throughout our weekend. There is something very magical and special about this venue!

Hosting our wedding at Agapae Oaks was one of the best decisions that we made. I am a wedding planner in Charleston, SC - so finding a venue that felt special to me was super important. I didn't want to get married somewhere that I worked most weekends, but still wanted to quintessential charm of the Lowcountry. When we found Agapae Oaks - we knew it was perfect for us! We loved the location in Beaufort, the views, the wide open spaces for tenting, and the fact that we were able to start set up a few days early. Amy and Troy made the experience so wonderful. They answered many questions and were always kind and gracious in their responses. Our guests were equally as impressed with the property as we were - and we received so many compliments throughout the wedding weekend regarding Beaufort and the Agapae Oaks property! I am selfishly glad I came across this space before I worked a wedding there - but I hope to bring many clients to this special place in the near future!! Wishing we could do it all over again!!!

AMAZING! Such a gorgeous venue. Amy and Troy are amazing to work with. They give you free range on the property and are so easy to work with. They're both so kind and responsive. We're from Texas so planning a wedding long distance is tough but using this venue made it a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend you use this as your venue. Plus my pictures turned out gorgeous and all the guests commented on how gorgeous it was.

Amazing Venue!

Agapae Oaks was the most perfect venue for our Lowcountry wedding! We wanted a venue that showcased all that Beaufort, SC has to offer and we felt like we won the lottery. The scenic backdrop of the oaks and the river flooded our instagram and facebook feed for weeks after the wedding and so many guests complimented the whole property. The fact that the whole wedding party got to stay out there together was also a huge advantage and made the day-of go so smoothly. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL venue and would recommend to anyone wanting the perfect lowcountry wedding!

A day from a movie

This place is everything and more. Amy is amazing and so lovely to work with. The groundskeeper, now he is phenomenal. He made sure the area we were getting married in was spotless, the grass was mowed, the home had the a/c on the perfect temp for us. Get the benches, trust me!

Highly recommend Agapae Oaks

We had our wedding at Agapae Oaks in February 2023, and only have wonderful things to say about the property. Despite not choosing to sleep in the houses on property, we were able to have access from Thursday to Sunday, which allowed us to utilize the beautiful lawn for multiple events. The sunsets over the marsh are expansive and incredible. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the space was. As long as couples know that you have to bring most of the vendors in (including lighting, tent, bathrooms, rentals etc), it was the perfect spot to have a beautiful wedding and big party!

A hidden gem!

I could not ask for more – 100 stars!

I wish I could give Agapae Oaks and its staff 100 stars. First, the venue is absolutely gorgeous! And so affordable, especially for the ENTIRE weekend! We spent all day Friday unpacking/organizing/setting things up, and it made Saturday such a breeze and allowed us to relax and truly be able to enjoy the day. We were also able to have our rehearsal dinner on the property at no additional cost! Second, Amy (the owner) and Troy (the property manager) literally went above and beyond to meet every request and make every accommodation. Troy was on site the entire weekend and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything/if everything was to our liking. He has been there many years and has a lot of knowledge about the venue, and he gave us a ton of insight on how things should be set up to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Amy & Troy were truly the kindest and easiest people to work with!! Third, I highly recommend renting both houses on the property. We arrived on Thursday and did not leave until Sunday! The houses had plenty of room to accommodate our entire bridal party, plus extras, which kept them from having to book hotel rooms and travel back and forth. It also relieved a lot of stress by having everyone already there the morning of the wedding and it gave us two separate locations for us to all get ready. Overall, this venue and its staff exceeded every expectation I had and allowed me to have the Lowcountry wedding of my dreams. I can not recommend them enough!!!

One of my favorite places of all time!

The venue is GORGEOUS! Beautiful tress, marshland, and historical house. Amy and Troy were beyond accommodating and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this venue. Thank you guys for making our dream wedding come true!
